This structured program will expose you to different banking functions, provide you with specialized training, and connect you with experienced mentors to support your career growth.

  - On-the-job training
  - Personal skills development programs
  - Communication skills development programs
  - Development programs covering all aspects of the banking sector (Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Treasury and Investment, Cybersecurity, Compliance, Risk Management).
  - Supervision and guidance from bank's leaders.

•  Eligibility Criteria:
  
  - Fresh graduate (graduation year 2024/2025).
  - Strong academic standing (GPA of 3.0/4.0 or 3.75/5.0 or equivalent preferred).
