JOB PURPOSE / ROLE:
To lead a Change Request from initiation to closure and deliver the CR as per the agreed scope and within the agreed time and cost constraints. Following Riyadh Bank Project Management Methodology and ensuring full alignment with business owner and ePMO.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
CR Delivery
· Conduct the CR planning and prioritization with the business unit champion and align on the target delivery date with BT planning and control team
· Ensure compliance by business on the CR guidelines i.e. CR not exceeding the effort threshold, and limited number of systems impacted
· Lead the end-to-end execution of the CR
· Ensure CR deliverables and milestones are met within the budget, and timeframe outlined in the plan
· Resolve roadblocks and raise escalations when needed
· Develop content materials and if applicable conduct relevant Steering Committee meetings, e.g. urgent regulatory CRs
· Prioritize activities and efforts between different team members
· Create a Portfolio Level CR Plan to track all CRs being delivered for the portfolio
· Support the portfolio lead & Business champion in the quarterly CR planning and ensures all data are entered in the CR systems
· Participate in the investigation of problems to discover root causes and progress the implementation of remedial action. Ensure that problem’s investigation is fully documented, to facilitate the optimum implementation of remedies
· Define a communication strategy that is most appropriate for the CR given culture, politics, other organizational constraints, and complexity of the CR
Project Management Standards
· Oversee CRs through continuous follow-up with ePMO while ensuring accurate reporting
· Ensure CR compliance with the approved project management standards developed by ePMO
· Ensure that all changes are managed via an approved process and no changes are implemented without approval
· Promote that all CRs are formally planned with approved Plans
Projects Reporting
· Ensure CR records are up to date and ePMO is fully updated with all details
· Create weekly dashboards for the CRs to the managed portfolio based on ePMO request
· Develops a yearly forecast on the expected number and budget required for the CRs
· Project Management Tools
· Monitor the process and content in the automation and archiving tools
· Build and maintain the Enterprise Project Management Tools to support Project Managers in their day to day activities
Safety, Quality & Environment
· Ensures compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude
Related Assignments
Undertake any other related duties or tasks as directed and required by the Bank
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree in Management, Project Management, or MIS
· PMP or Prince2 Certified
Minimum Experience:
· 8-10 years of experience in Project Delivery
Language:
· English: Advanced
