Internal Audit Manager - Operations

Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Internal Audit Manager - Operations with a minimum of 7 years of experience, preferably in the financial industry. The role will involve overseeing and managing internal audit operations within the organization.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement internal audit plans for operational areas of the organization.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in operational processes.
- Coordinate audit activities with internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Analyze audit findings and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Provide recommendations for process enhancements and internal control improvements.
- Monitor and track progress on audit recommendations and follow up on implementation.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A certification such as CIA or CISA is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in internal auditing, with a focus on operations.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, and risk management principles.
- Experience in the financial industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead a team and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
