JOB PURPOSE / ROLE:
To deliver high quality Business Technology support by guiding the eyes-on-glass monitoring team to effectively setting up an end-to-end monitoring framework for Network , BT Infrastructure and applications for supporting continual improvement of customers facing services availability & performance.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Key Responsibilities

§ Implements the day-to-day operations assigned for the Product Development function to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures |
|
§ Implements approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and provides instructions to subordinates and monitors their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner § Enrolls and integrates new systems, applications or business processes going to production into existing monitoring tools and adds them to the current monitoring scope |
|
§ Ensures the timely monitoring of the automated systems and tools, so as to identify their effectiveness and efficiency against set requirements § Identifies any malfunctions or errors in the operation of the automated processes and activities, and informs accordingly all relevant parts so as to enable the development of the most suitable solutions prior the problem becomes a major one § Develops detection mechanisms for identified problems, so as achieve effective monitoring of their operation to eliminate the possibility to appear again § Analyses the processes of the banking operations and identifies areas where automation can be implemented and handles the development of the required applications and tools, in order to assist their efficiency and effectiveness |

§ Ensures a continuous improvement culture, identifying process performance improvement opportunities. |

§ Ensures all staff have clear objectives, regular performance feedback sessions, formal annual appraisals, and individual development plans, with particular emphasis on the development of talented Saudi national staff § Ensures and facilitates the employment, training and development of Saudi nationals within the organization § Must be able to communicate effectively with highly technical associates and executives § Build strong working relationships with all technical support teams. |

§ Prepares departmental reports of Riyad Bank timely and accurately to meet the bank and department requirements, policies and standards |
|
§ Represents the function and actively contributes in various committees/meetings (internal and external) as applicable and per authority levels in order to ensure relevant matters are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner |

§ Performs other related duties or assignments as directed |
